5. Delivery methods and times

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The Customer may, in any case, request delivery of the products to a physical person of their choice, whose residence or domicile is located within Italian territory. Podimed Srl can only accept orders for delivery within Italian territory. An adult over 18 years of age will be required to sign upon delivery. Deliveries will not be made to post office boxes.

Delivery is understood to be at ground floor level. It is important to always check the integrity of the package; otherwise, accept delivery "with reservation".

For every order placed on the Site, Podimed Srl issues an invoice for the goods shipped, attaching it to the goods themselves. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be used. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance. The delivery costs are borne by the Customer and amount to €12.00 excluding VAT. All purchases will be delivered by express courier, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national festivals. Podimed Srl is not responsible for unforeseen delivery delays.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason, pursuant to articles 52-58 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must communicate their decision through an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, or email) to: magazzino@podimed.it

The consumer must return the products within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified.

7. Legal guarantee

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 for a period of 2 years from purchase.
